Fees
Individuals - Mobile Notary:
Services such as Trust and Estate Documents, Adoptions, and Loan Signings:
Apostille:
- $10 per person per notarized signature
- Minimum Convenience/Travel Fee: $40.00. (Additional charges outside my service area.)
- Jail Facility Convenience/Travel Fee: $75.
- Hospital, Rehab, Hospice Facilities Convenience/Travel FeeFee: $70.
- Additional fee for wait time, if applicable, is $25/half hour.
- After hours, weekends and holidays: Higher Travel/Convenience fees will be charged
- Witnesses: If the document(s) call for witnesses and the signer is unable to provide their own witnesses, the notary public can (usually) provide witnesses. Witnesses provided by the notary public are customarily paid $30 each for their time and services, directly by the signer at the conclusion of their services. (NOTE: Witness must be minimum 18 years of age and have no beneficial interest in the document.)

Apostille:
- Customized pricing. For your important documents which are going out of the country, Apostille service facilitates the process with the Secretary of State and/or the Department of State. Notarization is also available for an additional fee.
Terms
Payment
- Full payment is due at the time of signing.
- Cash, Check, Credit/Debit Card or Zelle
- Receipt will be provided upon completion of the appointment.
- If signer is unable to sign the docments (through no fault of the notary public), Travel/Convenience fee will still be charged.
